you were born into someone else’s world.
a world that came before it knew who you were and what fit inside your soul. a world etched in stone with ancient rules, laws, and regulations. outdated ideas of success, happiness, and freedom.
a world that was too small even before you grew big.
you were given a map before you knew where you wanted to go. you where shown a path before you’d decided on your direction. your thoughts came pre-chosen and your wishes already planted.
but you’re a creative and the box you came in was only meant as temporary housing.
you’re all grown up. and if you want to make what’s yours then it’s time to stop checking off boxes and start dismantling them.
it’s time to go BEYOND.

“you already are the most caring, kind and compassionate person I have met on the net. every one of your interviews are a testament to how you hold a broken soul gently with all your heart as you ask the questions that are deep and sometimes painful. you show understanding without judgement and never fail to leave the person you are interviewing feeling accepted, empowered, seen and appreciated. you have an amazing gift and it comes straight from your heart.
I am so grateful I found your podcasts because listening to them has made me more empowered and accepting of myself. you ask the questions that matter. you show us ( your listeners) what it means to be a human of quality and compassion, intelligence and humility, with just the right amount of humour. thank you for this. I so appreciate that you are part of my world, even if just online.”

about daphne
I’m a mama, hiker, writer, and creator. I’ve been building community and businesses online since 2008 always guided by this one overarching question: what does it mean to be human? I’m driven by curiosity, mystery, and an insatiable desire to go beyond.
“your belief that all are creative is true. all have a voice, a unique voice worth expressing, worth putting out there. I learned that no one has the right to say my voice is invalid or wrong. for so long I didn’t believe this. now, I can say that I’m starting to share my poems with others. I want to do this and I am.
thank you. I’m inspired to create and to learn more. this is your art. this is your creativity.”
